Tapasya #SabseBadaParantha

#foodiesSpl.
Thumbsup or thumbs down?
Our day starts with a #parantha.. Assi honeya #Punjabi
Delhite people are known for many good and bads too. But moreover this state is quite famous for traditional cuisine and the #love served with it with every plate.
We had explored 'paranthe wali gali', moolchand underpass, jaggi parantha, naraina point, IGI lounge, Amrik Sukhdev, gulshan and most recent had a chance to visit Rohtak's famous @Tapasya who is quite famous in many platforms for the size of his paranthas.

Theme is quite fascinating to step out of box to serve the size in 1kg and 1.5kg single parantha. First impression was Wow after seeing the service. Even owner greeted so warmly and let us to visit inside kitchen after our request.
Must say the chefs were master in their job but what was missing in there is a flavoure of Punjab like wise a Punjabi chef was missing there in the kitchen...
After tasting so many services for this particular dish I came to a conclusion that if you want to take any Punjabi dish as your USP then u have to be a #punjabi first.
Size of the dish never matters to a foodie on the cost of its authenticity and taste.
We are born chefs and singers.
Moreover I say #Tapasya @Rohtak is a one time must visit place.
What u have to say on it...
